We are committed to your satisfaction. If we have not started work on your project yet, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit within 7 days of payment. If work has started, the refund is calculated based on completed milestones. Once final delivery is accepted, the project is considered complete and no further refunds apply — but we will keep fixing bugs within the support period.
